Jasvir Gill is the Founder and CEO of AlertEnterprise and has more than 20 years of experience in security, compliance and access management. Prior to Alert Enterprise, Jasvir was the Founder and CEO of application security company Virsa Systems where he led the design of the Virsa Continuous Compliance Suite. An early pioneer in establishing governance risk and compliance as a software market segment, Jasvir drove the growth of Virsa as an enterprise software provider signing up over 400 major corporations and organizations as customers. Virsa Systems was acquired by SAP in a deal valued at $400 Million. SAP made significant additional investments in this business and went on to sign up over 1,000 enterprise customers under the continued leadership of Jasvir who took on the role of Senior Vice President and General Manger of the SAP GRC Business Unit. In 2007 Jasvir left SAP to establish AlertEnterprise and implement his vision to deliver the next generation of security applications.

Kaval Kaur is the CFO and co-founder of AlertEnterprise, leading all finance and back-office operations. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Virsa Systems, she directed its back-office operations from its beginnings in 1996 till its acquisition by SAP in 2006. Filling critical roles in finance, contracting, compliance and administration, she provided the stability that contributed to Virsa's rapid growth trajectory and consistent profitability. Prior to Virsa Systems, Kaval was an Audit Manager for Seiler and Co., a California regional accounting, tax and audit firm, where she had key audit responsibility for several large multinational corporations. Kaval is a member of AICPA and the California State CPA Society.

As the Senior Vice President of Global Operations David is responsible for managing Sales, Services and Field Operations. David most recently served as the President and General Manager for the Business to Business operations at Rearden Commerce, an intelligent e-commerce platform company. Prior to Rearden Commerce, David served as Executive VP of Operations at SpikeSource managing worldwide sales, channels, marketing and business development. David was also Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Virsa Systems. David also held senior sales and operations positions at diCarta, Interwoven, Internet Security Systems, Network Associates, and Amdahl. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Information Technology from San Jose State University. He has also attended Stanford University’s Advanced Management College.

Srini Kakkera is the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Technology at AlertEnterprise and a member of founding team. Previously, he was Vice President Development at SAP Labs LLC with the responsibility for GRC Product Development. He was instrumental in establishing the partner co-innovation strategy at SAP GRC working with partners like Sun, IBM, HP, Novell and Microsoft. Srini was part of the core team at Virsa systems that built the solution for SOX compliance. Srini holds Master’s Degree in Information & Technology. Before joining Virsa, he was an enterprise architect and software technical consultant for various companies including Wells Fargo, KBB.com, Wachovia, SNET, Four Soft Ltd, and Oracle Corporation.

Ruby Deol has over 20 years experience in worldwide sales and global support services. Prior to joining AlertEnterprise, Ruby was Vice President of SAP’s global support services for their fast growing Governance, Risk and Compliance division. Ruby was also a part of the executive management team at Virsa systems and led global customer advisory, support, IT and QA departments for Virsa Systems. Previously, Ruby held various senior management positions at Sun Microsystems. Ruby has a master's degree in English from Punjab University Chandigarh, India and a bachelor's degree in Economics. Ruby is a member of the FEW&E since 2006 and a member of Executive Women Forum of Information Security.

Ricky is responsible for the overall product & solution strategy, innovation, sales and partner enablement, and roadmap execution. Prior to this, Ricky served in various roles at SAP, the latest as the Director of Solution Management at the SAP GRC business unit. Ricky joined SAP as part of the Virsa Systems acquisition. At Virsa, he was one of the principal architects of the Access Controls suite and played a key role in design, development, and rapid customer adoption. Before Virsa, Ricky worked at Siemens Inc. in the Office of the CIO. Ricky holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Imran is responsible for managing professional services for AlertEnterprise. Prior to AlertEnterprise Imran was a Managing Principal at SAP with an expertise in the field of Identity and Access Management. Imran’s expertise spans across ERP security, system design and audit, with over 12 years of experience implementing commercial applications including analysis and design for security, network and system administration in ERP for large enterprise customers. Imran is recognized speaker who has presented extensively on SAP security best practices as well as Identity and Access Management. Prior to SAP Imran held IT security management positions at Miller Brewing Company and then Coors Brewing Company.

Pan has extensive experience managing all aspects of marketing including demand generation, marketing programs, product marketing and channel development. Pan is active in the control systems security community and leverages his experience with SCADA, critical infrastructure security and smart grid security from his tenure as VP of Marketing at Verano Software / Industrial Defender. Pan also served in a senior marketing role at IT-GRC provider Agiliance. Pan has held various technical and marketing positions at General Dynamics Network Systems, Honeywell, Digital, WYSE Technology, KLEER Industries, and Avocent Corporation. Pan has CISA certification, holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and participated in the Executive Business program at Suffolk University.
