Role:
You will be leading the business process mappings and execution of the functional design, mappings of integration flows, leading design discussions for process mappings around PIAM and other systems and support of AlertEnterprise PIAM solution addressing identity and access management and governance functions across various Physical Access Control systems in customer’s environments while implementing Alert Guardian with the project team, ensuring system security. This includes solutions for provisioning, multi-factor authentication (MFA) flows, functional design for Single Sign-On (SSO) and integration with HR sources for onboarding and offboarding and other lifecycle events.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
A professional at this position within AlertEnterprise PIAM Implementation has the following responsibilities:

  • Drive the business process discussions with the client to understand as-is business processes and mapping them to AlertEnterprise PIAM solution in order to provide a “To-be” business process solution for PIAM rollout
  • Lead and document the “To-Be” process solution for PIAM and review the document with client point of contacts and get the required business signoffs from Client.
  • Work with PIAM project manager and rest of the technical team assigned to the project.
  • Performing application design activities (e.g. writing functional designs, use cases), portions of technical architecture, High-Level Design (Software Design Specifications), Detailed Design Documents. Drive functional design creation, review and working directly with customers and business owners on the integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning, and user lifecycle into the PIAM platform.
  • Writes and reviews test plans for new and existing operating environments. Review PIAM tool capabilities and determine optimization plans. Assist in the development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and as appropriate their supporting technologies.
  • Develop enterprise-wide standards for identity and access management across PACS, IT and OT to meet business needs.
  • Consult with business units when implementing access levels for new systems to ensure quality and accuracy and implementing Role-based Access Controls (RBAC) within PIAM.
  • Create and maintain architecture for PIAM systems to meet business requirements
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, Performing Analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities and business processes, technology, design etc.
  • Performing Tests and Deployments of Alert Solutions and test business processes along with configurations.
  • Perform use case demonstrations to internal and end clients and obtain signoffs.
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of the solution and not just demonstrate product functionality. This includes working closely with prospective customers in the development of the business case justification for an investment in AlertEnterprise solutions.
  • Consult with internal organizations to assess fit and risk of each opportunity

Qualifications & Requirements –

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience
  • CISSP Certification
  • 5+ years of working experience in functional and/or technical design of technology applications or integrations using Java or any other language.
  • Knowledge of key targeted vertical industries including:
    • Utilities and Energy
    • Oil and Gas
    • Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences
    • Finance
    • Public Transport – Airport
  • 5+ years of working knowledge on Physical Access Control Systems – Johnson Controls, Lenel, CCure, P2000, AMAG or Honeywell (any 3) in addition to Identity Access Management solution is a must.
  • Good knowledge of PIAM Concepts covering facility, site and campus level access and security best practices for various recommended PACS architecture in Airport or Corporate security or shared facilities across various locations covering central or distributed badging office functions
  • Good working knowledge of access levels, door groups, readers, access cards(badges) and Data Conduits for integrations with PIAM platform.
  • Good working knowledge of Segmentation, access level design for designing physical security parameter is a must.
  • Working knowledge of PACS architecture and access control configurations covering door groups and badge templates.
  • Good understanding of PACS replication and enterprise architecture for integration with PIAM.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Network Security, firewall and communication protocols to access various PACS services, readers, badges and exposure to data conduits is a must.
  • Software Development Lifecycle knowledge is a must
  • Programming Knowledge or experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Security any other Identity and Access Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge on systems like workday, Peoplesoft HR or any other HR system is a plus.
